The control panel, cloud1.blacknight.com will be taken offline at approx 8am, Monday 8th May to perform scheduled maintenance. We expect this should take approx 15-30 minutes. During this time, the control panel for cloud1 will be unavailable. VMs themselves will be unaffected.
The server will powered off to facilitate a drive replacement. Approximate downtime is 15 minutes. Windows Shared Hosting server PEMWINWEB03 is currently experiencing issues and is effectively offline. We are looking into the issue at the moment. Update to follow. UPDATE @ 15:10 – Server is back online now.
