We will be performing emergency maintenance on our Cloud3 environment starting (27/08/2026 : 10:00 – 20:00). All cloud3 nodes will be rebooted during the window after migrating user VM’s to alternative nodes. No user impact is expected.
Control Panel (cp.blacknighthosting.com) is currently offline and engineers are working to restore service. Update 07:18am: Control Panel is back online.
The shared hosting server, plesk018.blacknighthosting.com is currently experiencing issues and is unavailable. We are investigating and will update this post as we have any further information. Update 21:20 : The issue has been resolved and plesk018 is now back up and running.
