We are currently seeing imap issues on our shared hosting platform affecting imap users and webmail users (webmail.blacknight.com). Engineers are investigating and we will update this post as soon as we know more. Update: services have been restored and we are continuing to monitor IMAP closely just in case.

NBI have scheduled a software upgrade to ONT devices for their fiber to the home (FTTH) customers nationwide. The maintenance is scheduled to begin 07/03/2023 00:00 – end 07/03/2023 06:00. The impact is expected to be minimal with an outage of approximately 3-4 minutes as each device reboots.
