The issue occurred due to excavation works by another party which required damaged fiber cables to be re-spliced this afternoon. We did not receive any notification of this maintenance work due to human error, however we have confirmed with the NOC that our customer’s connectivity has been fully restored. If any customers are still experiencing issues please reboot your routers /ONT devices.
