Due to standard maintenance on a storage cluster node this morning at around 09:30, we’ve received reports of issues on some cloud2.blacknight.ie VMs. The maintenance should not have been service impacting as the storage cluster is fully redundant and we are investigating the cause at present whilst rebooting any VMs which have been affected. We have identified 20 VMs which have been rebooted already and are continuing to monitor the cloud platform and storage cluster for any new issues.
We are investigating the root cause of this with the cluster vendor and will update this ticket when we know more. As of now the cloud2 platform and storage cluster are in a stable and healthy state.
