We will be performing a scheduled upgrade of our Cloud storage platform with our partners NetApp, starting at 06:00 February 14th.
NetApp have advised a maintenance window of 6 hours to allow for the consecutive upgrades of each individual node. The maintenance should be NON-service impacting however there may be a slight performance hit on the storage infrastructure during the works.
This post will be updated once the works have completed.
Update: 11:10 14/02/2024 – The upgrade has been deferred and escalated internally within NetApp due to some firmware issues encountered during the upgrade. Maintenance is being deferred for now.
