Shared Mail performance degraded

Our Shared Hosting Mail platform is seeing degraded performance at present, we are investigating the issue with the vendor. We will provide an update once we have further information. Update 16:25: The platform is stable but performance has not yet returned to normal levels, we continue to investigate.
