The shared hosting server, plesk018.blacknighthosting.com is currently experiencing issues and is unavailable. We are investigating and will update this post as we have any further information. Update 21:20 : The issue has been resolved and plesk018 is now back up and running.
We are scheduling a maintenance window tonight to upgrade software on several top of rack switches used for our legacy shared hosting platform. The shared database server, mysql3333.cp.blacknight.com – will be taken offline at approx 7pm for emergency maintenance. This will affect all databases using the following hostnames or IP addresses: mysql3333int.cp.blacknight.com (172.17.0.161) mysql3333.cp.blacknight.com (185.2.65.145) Maintenance is expected to last 1.5 to 2 hours.
