We will be performing emergency maintenance on our Cloud3 environment starting (27/08/2026 : 10:00 – 20:00). All cloud3 nodes will be rebooted during the window after migrating user VM’s to alternative nodes. No user impact is expected.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to update the software on one of the backup storage clusters from 14:00 Tuesday 9th June. This maintenance is not expected to be service affecting as resources will be migrated to alternate nodes during the software updates
