We are currently experiencing a network-related issue in our Carlow data centre.
All services and servers hosted in this data centre may experience intermittant connectivity issues. We will update this post as soon as we have more information.
Update : 13:00 – The network has stabilised – we are still investigating the root cause and will post further updates when we have more detail
Update: 17:00 Services were restored by 13:00 however the investigation was ongoing. We restored services by removing two network devices from the network, one of which has since been put back into service. We will be re-adding the second device later this evening at 21:00 hours. We do expect any interruption to service , but have scheduled it for this time to minimise any possible impact.
Update : 01:00 18/05/2018- Full network redundancy was restored as of 01:00 this morning when our engineers re-introduced the access layer switch. The system was monitored for some time and is considered stable.
