Summary: On Monday 19th we need to restrict access to the open-xchange platform in order to perform maintenance. It will be down for approx. one hour. The URL https://ox.blacknight.com will be inaccessible during this time. No other services will be affected.
We are scheduling a maintenance window to add additional network capacity in BT on Saturday morning. This will impact a number of shared hosting services in the 81.17.254.0/23 range. We will be performing essential maintenance on our mailserver cluster, starting at 7am, Friday the 29th of July. All shared email will be affected, including smtp/pop/imap, altmail and Open Exchange webmail clients. These services will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. We estimate this work will take approx 1 hour to complete.
