We will be performing emergency maintenance on cp.blacknight.com and store.blacknight.com for approximately 1 hour on Wednesday the 9th of November starting at 3am. It will not be possible to place any orders or access the https://cp.blacknight.com control panel during this maintenance. The maintenance should be completed by 4am (GMT)
The Windows Shared Hosting server pemwinweb15 is currently offline, an engineer is working to get the server back online as soon as possible. We will update this post once we have more information. Update 14:30: Server is back online Update 11th August 06:00: The server is offline as a chkdsk scan completes.
We are scheduling maintenance for the Next Gen Shared Hosting servers pemlinng001-012 and pemmysqlng001-004 This is to allow us carry out upgrades on the hardware which hosts the servers.
