The Windows Shared Hosting server pemwinweb15 is currently offline, an engineer is working to get the server back online as soon as possible. We will update this post once we have more information. Update 14:30: Server is back online Update 11th August 06:00: The server is offline as a chkdsk scan completes.
We are scheduling maintenance for the Next Gen Shared Hosting servers pemlinng001-012 and pemmysqlng001-004 This is to allow us carry out upgrades on the hardware which hosts the servers. Our Shared Hosting Mail platform is seeing degraded performance at present, we are investigating the issue with the vendor. We will provide an update once we have further information. Update 16:25: The platform is stable but performance has not yet returned to normal levels, we continue to investigate.
