Our shared hosting email platform is seeing issues at present, this is causing reduced performance on pop, imap and webmail etc.
The backend storage system is continuing to see performance issues after our maintenance window last night. We have several Nexenta engineers working on the platform at present as we continue to try and find the root cause.
Thursday 10:20am: We will update this status post with updates as we get them but we have no ETA on a full resolution at present.
Thursday 11:20am: Nexenta have made some configuration changes and performance has improved a little, they continue to investigate the root cause and find a solution.
Friday 10:00am: Mail is performing as normal but we continue to monitor the systems closely, we will issue further updates if required on this post..
