We are scheduling some critical upgrades to our Cloud1 platform in conjunction with the platform provider OnApp for Wednesday 26th @ 01:00 AM
This will involve a software upgrade of the Control Panel which will require it to be taken offline for approximately 2- 3 hours. As access to the control panel is restricted , end users will not be able to stop, start or reboot , schedule backups or access the VM via console etc. however there should be no impact to the virtual server itself during this initial upgrade.
In addition to this we are upgrading the services on the Hypervisors and applying a security update which needs to be rolled out. There should be no service impact to the operation of your virtual server as a result of this, however we will be scheduling a series of deferred reboots in the days following this upgrade in order to implement some of the changes.
End users of the virtual servers will be notified of the intended reboots via email with the date/time once the upgrades have been completed
