We have lost access to a switch on our shared hosting network. It is currently being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible.
Services affected:
- Hosted Exchange – some mail delivery may be delayed as a result of the outage.
 - Shared MS SQL – MS SQL databases hosted on our shared hosting platform may not be accessible from shared web servers until resolved.  Particularly:
- PEMMSSQL01 / mssql43int.cp.blacknight.com
 - PEMMSSQL02 / mssql476int.cp.blacknight.com
 - PEMMSSQL03 / mssql792int.cp.blacknight.com
