We are advising our customers that the annual network freeze for the 2019 /2020 Christmas period will begin on close of business Friday 13th December ending 2nd January. During that time there will be no planned maintenance work undertaken on the network infrastructure or cloud infrastructure. Any outstanding customer orders for dedicated servers will be fulfilled however new orders will depend on availability of stock which could be affected by delayed delivery times between now and Christmas. Resumption of full services will occur on the 2nd January
