We will be performing maintenance on one of the WordPress CPanel nodes this evening 03/01/2024 at 22:00 to add additional storage. The node will be offline for approximately 10 minutes and will briefly impact any WordPress websites on the node (wpcpanel006). Summary: mail.blacknight.com is moving to a new end point that will support the latest and greatest TLS protocol, 1.3. We will support TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2 and 1.3 initially. We are currently seeing imap issues on our shared hosting platform affecting imap users and webmail users (webmail.blacknight.com). Engineers are investigating and we will update this post as soon as we know more. Update: services have been restored and we are continuing to monitor IMAP closely just in case.
