We are currently seeing imap issues on our shared hosting platform affecting imap users and webmail users (webmail.blacknight.com). Engineers are investigating and we will update this post as soon as we know more. Update: services have been restored and we are continuing to monitor IMAP closely just in case.
Summary: We have begun the mass migration of services from our legacy system to the new platform. With email in mind we need to make some tough decisions, one of these which we’re announcing now is that we need to condense the current 3 webmail systems into 1 in preparation for the move to Titan.
