Please be advised that the Network Freeze for the Christmas and New Year period 2021/2022 will commence at 17:00 on Friday December 17th 2021 and continue until at 8:00am Tuesday January 4th 2022, with a cooldown period commencing close of business Friday 10th December. During the cooldown we will endeavour to fulfil any outstanding orders, however we may not be able to guarantee equipment delivery from suppliers due to the Christmas period rush.
During the Network Freeze only emergency maintenance will be permitted on the Blacknight network. No services requiring the installation or configuration of circuits, vlans, network equipment etc., will be undertaken during this period and no works that involve any Blacknight services should be scheduled to take place. For emergency outages we will have engineers on call during this period. For broadband services, our partners will also be engaged in a freeze period during this time therefore, we cannot guarantee any delivery of new services during the freeze period.
