Blacknight Hosting Network Status

Network outage – Shared Hosting

We have lost access to a switch on our shared hosting network.  It is currently being investigated and will be resolved as soon as possible.

Services affected:

  • Hosted Exchange – some mail delivery may be delayed as a result of the outage.
  • Shared MS SQL – MS SQL databases hosted on our shared hosting platform may not be accessible from shared web servers until resolved.  Particularly:
    • PEMMSSQL01 / mssql43int.cp.blacknight.com
    • PEMMSSQL02 / mssql476int.cp.blacknight.com
    • PEMMSSQL03 / mssql792int.cp.blacknight.com
