As part of ongoing security measures Zendesk, the providers of our help.blacknight.com helpdesk, are stopping support for older TLS versions, TLS 1.0 and 1.1. This means if you are using a very old browser or mobile client you will no longer be able to access the helpdesk until you upgrade.
Affected browsers and mobile clients are anything older than:
- Internet Explorer 11
- Mozilla Firefox 27
- Google Chrome 30
- Apple Safari 7
- iOS 5.1
- Android 5 Lollipop
