Summary: Tomorrow Wednesday 31st of August we’re installing a hotfix in our platform to prevent UI lockups which cause frequent cp.blacknight.com slow downs and require us to restart the UI service. This is the main bug affecting us since our big software update earlier this year.
What’s affected: Access to our control panel at https://cp.blacknight.com will work intermittently for up to 40 minutes between 04:00 and 05:00. No other services will be affected by this update.
