We have experienced an issue with customers accessing https://cp.blacknight.com and also DNS resolution on cp.blacknight.com This may impact Database connections on shared hosting websites. The issue has been identified and a resolution applied at 15:00 but it may take a little time for the connections to resolve.
Summary: On Wednesday 11th between 03:00 and 09:00 approx we installed a major update on our CP. We ran over our maintenance window and we were unable to install a number of hotfixes.
