NBI have scheduled a software upgrade to ONT devices for their fiber to the home (FTTH) customers nationwide. The maintenance is scheduled to begin 07/03/2023 00:00 – end 07/03/2023 06:00. The impact is expected to be minimal with an outage of approximately 3-4 minutes as each device reboots.
Blacknight will implement a Network Operations Freeze for the Christmas and New Year period 2022/2023 commencing 17:00 on Friday December 16th 2022 until at 8:00am Tuesday January 3rd 2023, with a cooldown period commencing close of business Friday 09th December.
