We will be performing maintenance on one of the WordPress CPanel nodes this evening 03/01/2024 at 22:00 to add additional storage. The node will be offline for approximately 10 minutes and will briefly impact any WordPress websites on the node (wpcpanel006). Update : the maintenance was deferred until tonight (04/01/2024) at 22:00
Blacknight will implement a Network Operations Freeze for the Christmas and New Year period 2023/2024 commencing 17:00 on Friday December 15th 2023 until 8:00 am Tuesday January 2nd 2024, with a cooldown period commencing close of business Friday 08th December. We are currently seeing imap issues on our shared hosting platform affecting imap users and webmail users (webmail.blacknight.com). Engineers are investigating and we will update this post as soon as we know more. Update: services have been restored and we are continuing to monitor IMAP closely just in case.
