We are currently investigating issues on our shared hosting email platform which are affecting users accessing and sending mail.
We will update this post with more information once we have identified the cause.
Update 10:30am: The issue appeared to be related to recent maintenance but we have reset some configurations and restarted services, we continue to closely monitor the platform.
Update 10:45am: The issues are persisting, we are rebooting some of the platform servers to reverse some recent changes. These should be completed in the next 20 minutes.
Update 11:30: The reboots and changes completed and services are running as normal, we continue to monitor the services closely.
