We will be performing essential software patches to our Qmail storage platform tomorrow (Saturday 10/12/2016 23:00) in conjunction with our storage partners. This will require a reboot of the storage nodes to allow the patch to be applied and will result in the mailboxes being unavailable for the duration. Inbound email will be queued and delivered once the mail storage has resumed.
All shared hosting mail altmail & OpenExchange services will be unavailable for the duration of this window which is expected to last two hours.
Update: Sunday 11/12 @ 02:29: This maintenance ran over by 10 minutes. However the patches were applied to both of the head nodes and a further issue found with the raid configuration of the OS drive on one of the servers was also resolved.
