Update 19:30: The scheduled maintenance didn’t resolve the issue and the server remains unstable, pelwinweb139 and pemlinweb140 are online at present but pemlinweb138 is offline.
We continue to work to find a permanent solution, it is likely the servers will need to be taken offline again in the coming hours to allow for more maintenance. We will update this post as soon as we have more information.
Update 21:30: An engineer will be taking the servers offline briefly to add more RAM in the next 20 minutes, once that is complete we will start the servers in turn and update this post. In parallel we are working on restoring one server to another hardware node in case that is needed.
Update 23:00: The extra RAM has been added and the servers brought online, they are stable at present but we continue to monitor performance and the parallel action of restoring one server to another node is continuing. Further updates will be added if necessary.
