We will be performing essential maintenance on our mailserver cluster, starting at 7am, Friday the 29th of July. All shared email will be affected, including smtp/pop/imap, altmail and Open Exchange webmail clients. These services will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. We estimate this work will take approx 1 hour to complete.
We have had to turn off a number of Windows servers for just a few minutes while an engineer performs some minor maintenance. We don’t expect them to be down for more than a few minutes. Pemlinweb89 and Pemlinweb90 are currently experiencing issues. Update : 6:55 – Both servers are now back online. The Raid is resyncing however which may impact performance.
Pemlinweb129 and pemlinweb130 are currently experiencing issues. An engineer is investigating. Update to follow: 10/7/2016 19:30 -Hardware has been replaced and currently everything is back online and stable. We will continue to monitor the server.
