Our engineers are investigating an issue on our Hosted Exchange platform which is causing performance issues and resulting in some users seeing delays in sending and receiving mail and also searching mailboxes.
We will update this post as soon as we have more information.
UPDATE 15/05 @ 09:30: We have deployed additional resources to our Hosted Exchange platform and we’ve added some tailored monitoring to help us with this issue.
As of this morning, we are no longer seeing the same connectivity and performance issues, however we plan to continue our roll-out of additional resources as planned. We expect performance to improve significantly for some users as we near completion of this project.
We will be keeping a close eye on the monitoring tools in the meantime so that we can promptly address any further issues, should any occur.
