We are seeing issues with some customers connecting to our Hosted Exchange platform. Currently investigating.
UPDATE @ 12:37 – This issue has been resolved, but there may be some degraded performance levels for some mailboxes. Performance will return to normal as soon as the backlog has been processed.
UPDATE @ 17:20 – The sync backlog still hasn’t been cleared for two mailbox servers. This will unfortunately take some time. The sync time should speed up significantly after 6pm today. Once these syncs have completed, we will be moving these Exchange mailbox databases to servers with faster storage.
UPDATE @ 03:00 (21-Jul-2017) – One of the mailbox servers has completed the sync but due to inconsistencies encountered during the other sync, there is still one mailbox database that is still temporarily unavailable. A repair is currently underway but it will be a few more hours before another update will be available. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Again, we must stress that no data is lost during this time, but access to it remains the issue at hand.
Update @ 07:55 – All mailbox databases are back to full health and all mailboxes are fully accessible. All previously backlogged queues have been processed fully and are in an optimal state.
