CenturyLink (Level3) have scheduled a maintenance window to upgrade software on a router in Equinix DB1 on March 15th. This will impact our Level3 IP Transit for approximately two hours.
Customers may experience a brief period of packet loss and increased latency during this maintenance window as the network re-converges.
CenturyLink (Level3) intends to carry out internal maintenance within its network. This has been classified as ESSENTIAL. The nature of this work is to perform a Network Element software upgrade. Work is required to perform supplier recommended code upgrade on core Juniper equipment to latest Junos version to ensure the continued integrity of the network and mitigate unplanned outages.
