There are a number of devices alerting for temperature thresholds in the BT data centre suites. On site facilities engineers have informed us that there is a power issue with the cooling system which they now appear to have partially rectified. We are seeing temperatures dropping to normal levels and no devices appear to have reached temperatures above recommended manufacturer levels.
Blacknight have an engineer onsite monitoring the situation in case further action is required. Customers should consider their services “at-risk” until further notice.
Update 25/04/2022 : We have been monitoring temperature since Friday 20:30 p.m. and no further issues have been noted – We have yet to receive an RFO from BT identifying the root cause, however we are confident that services are no longer considered at-risk
