We are scheduling an emergency maintenance window on https://cloud2.blacknight.com in order to install some vendor security patches. Virtual servers will continue to operate as normal , but scheduled tasks such as backups, provisioning ,etc. will be disrupted during the maintenance window (02:00 to 06:00 GMT )

We are scheduling an emergency maintenance window tonight 21.06.2019 at 22:30 PM to resolve a performance issue on our mail clusters. This will impact mail services for approximately 30 minutes. Users will be unable to connect to their mailboxes, and mail flow will be interrupted (queued )

We are scheduling a maintenance window with the Control Panel vendor for critical security updates to our Cloud2 control panel on Monday 24th @02:00 GMT – The control panel will be offline for approximately 30 minutes. This should not impact the operation of any existing Cloud VMs.

We will be taking https://cloud1.blacknight.com offline for a brief period to install some critical security updates on the control panel. This will not affect the virtual servers on the cloud1 platform , however customers will be unable to manage their servers whilst the control panel is offline.
