The servers hosting the the control panel cloud1.blacknight.com will be taken offline at approx 10pm, Wednesday the 24th of October to facilitate various updates. We expect this should take approx 30-90 minutes. The control panel, cp.blacknight.com will be unavailable for approx an hour from 11:00PM today, Sunday 25th of February. Websites, email, etc will be unaffected but you will not be able to access the control panel at https://cp.blacknight.com/ to make any changes to them during this time.
The webservers, pemlinng002 and pemlinng035 will be taken offline at approx 7:00am, Friday 22nd September in order to perform essential maintenance. Estimated downtime is approx 15-30 minutes per server Update: The servers are now back online.
Pemlinweb65 and pemlinweb66 are currently offline. The issue is being investigated currently and this post will be updated as soon as more information is available. Update 21:31 – Both servers are back online.
