We are currently experiencing an electrical fault in our Carlow data centre. Engineers are onsite investigating the issue.
We will update this status post as soon as any further information is available.
Update 18:27: Power has been restored. Systems are coming back online now. Services in Carlow are still at risk.
Update 20:06: Our technical team have brought most systems and services back online. They are still working on bringing servers and services back online
Update 21/08/2017 : We will be performing emergency maintenance on the switchgear which caused this outage last week – Services will be switched to generator power today from lunchtime to allow these works to be carried out – This should be a “non-service-impact ” operation however services should be considered at-risk during the works
Update 21/08/2017 : 13:10 : The failed component has been swapped out and mains power restored to the Data Centre – No services were impacted during these works
