We are currently experiencing issues with the following servers: pemwinweb32 pemwinweb33 pemwinweb34 pemwinweb35 pemwinweb36 An engineer is investigating and we will update this post as we have more information. Update: All servers are now back up and running as expected.
The server pemwinweb07 is currently experiencing difficulties. We are investigating and will update this post as we have more information. Update: These issues are now resolved.
We will be performing essential maintenance on our mailserver cluster, starting at 7am, Friday the 29th of July. All shared email will be affected, including smtp/pop/imap, altmail and Open Exchange webmail clients. These services will be unavailable for the duration of the maintenance window. We estimate this work will take approx 1 hour to complete.
We are currently experiencing issues with a large number of our shared linux webservers, relating to the current upgrade in progress. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
