Microsoft have made changes to their license program for Microsoft 365 with the new commerce experience (NCE) bringing changes to how licenses are ordered and provisioned.
As part of this change all legacy licenses need to be migrated to NCE and Blacknight will be migrating all customers licenses in the coming days. This will happen in the background and will have no impact on services used by customers. Email etc. will continue to work as normal.
What will change in the coming days is customers will no longer be able to manage their users or license assignment in the Blacknight control panel at https://cp.blacknight.com. All changes to users and license assignment etc. will now be managed directly within the Microsoft portal at https://portal.office.com/
